Veg Con™

All natural 100% vegetable juice concentrates in frozen form available from inventory:

Beet, Carrot, Cabbage, Celery, Cucumber, Greens, Green Bell Pepper, Onion, Mushroom

Available as cloudy upon extension or as clarified for demanding applications in a variety of concentrations. Color (beet, carrot), savory flavor (carrot, celery, onion), fresh salad dressing (cucumber, cabbage), are a sampling of typical applications.

Veg Blend™

Specialty concentrate blends available from inventory:

Veg Blend 7 with or without spices, mirepoix, custom blends

Adding tomato to our Veg Blend 7 products yields an outstanding consistent and colorful vegetable beverage blend. Created in France in the middle ages, mirepoix is the signature vegetable stock and FFP is the leading producer. Mirepoix is an excellent complement to beef and chicken stocks in reaction flavor development. We invite our customers to assist in customizing blends to meet your objectives.

Veg Dry™

Water soluble, vacuum dried vegetable juice powders with/without added flavors, available from inventory:

Beet, Cabbage, Carrot, Mirepoix, Onion, 7 Veg Blend, Roasted Onion, Roasted Celery, Roasted Carrot

Instantly soluble in water and shelf stable, the Veg Dry™ products are ideal for dry blenders and seasoning manufacturers. The mirepoix and potato are well received savories packed with flavor. Labels are clean and uniquely suitable in soups and snacks.
