Pilot Plant

Process development is a key to maximize the potential of our flexible processing lines. Using pilot equipment which mimics our full scale production line, we are able to economically offer smaller quantities. Process development specific to customer requirements enables FFP to offer custom processes without the risk of full scale production.

Washing, peeling, blanching, chilling, pasteurizing, low temp concentration, bulk blending, post pasteurizing, ultra-filtration, vacuum drying, freezing, vacuum seal packaging, humidity controlled dry powder blending, and custom packaging are a sampling of our manufacturing capability.
